HOTEL RULES AND REGULATIONS

The management of the hotel shall very much appreciate your conformance to the rules and regulations listed below, which serve to provide our guests with all the necessary peace and security during their stay.

 

  1. The hotel room is rented for a whole day.
  2. A hotel day lasts from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival to 12 p.m. on the day of departure.                                 
  3. Payment for your stay is settled on check-in.
  4. If upon taking a room a guest does not define his period of stay, it is assumed that the room has been rented for one day.
  5. Not leaving your room by 2 p.m. means you have extended your stay. Should you leave by 6 p.m., but after 2 p.m., you will be charged for not less than half a day of stay.
  6. Should you wish to extend your stay past the period indicated upon arrival, please inform us about this before 10 a.m. on the day your stay expires.
  7. The hotel shall consider your extension requests based on its current room availability.
  8. You may not hand the room over to other people, even during your declared period of stay.
  9. Persons, who have not checked into the hotel are allowed to stay in a room from 7 a.m. till 10 p.m.
  10. The hotel may refuse a room to someone, who during a previous stay, flagrantly violated the hotel’s rules and regulations, inflicting damage to the hotel’s, or the hotel’s guest's property, violated the rights and freedoms of the hotel’s guests, staff or other people present therein, or otherwise disturbed order in the hotel.
  11. The hotel provides services as per its category and standard. Please urgently inform us at the reception desk in case of any reservations concerning the quality of the hotel’s services, so we can take immediate action to resolve the problem.
  12. Smoking is forbidden in the entire hotel. Guests who breach this rule will be fined 200 PLN net.
  13.  It is our obligation to ensure:

* that your stay remains as undisturbed and comfortable as possible;

*your safety including guest information confidentiality;

* professional and courteous staff;

* that room service and any necessary repairs of equipment in your room are done while you are away, or upon consent or request should you be in your room;

*a replacement room, based on current room availability, to resolve any inconveniences if the room’s shortcomings cannot be resolved.

  1.  On request, the hotel provides the following services free-of-charge:

* information about your stay and trip;

*a wakeup call;

*storage of cash and valuables during your stay n the hotel;

*storage of the luggage of guests, who have checked into the hotel

  1.  The hotel will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of money, bonds, valuables, or other items or items of value, scientific or artistic value, if they are not deposited at the reception desk.
  2.  The hotel is not liable for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the guest.
  3.  You will be held accountable for any damage to the equipment or facilities of the hotel caused by you or by the people visiting you.
  4.  You are required to inform reception of any damage immediately upon its discovery.
  5.  Each time you leave your room, check to see the door is locked and leave your key at the reception desk.
  6.  Curfew lasts from 10 p.m. until 7 a.m. In these hours, guests are required to behave in a way which does not disturb other guests.
  7.  Due to our fire safety rules, use of immersion water heaters, irons and other similar products, which are not part of the room facilities provided, is not allowed. This does not include chargers or radio, TV and computer adaptors.   
  8.  Items of personal use left behind in a room by a guest who has vacated the hotel will be delivered to the address provided by the guest. If you have not provided an address, the hotel will retain these items for a period of 3 months.
  9. For an extra charge, you may keep a pet in your room.
  10. It is forbidden to bring into the hotel’s premises any animals which may pose a risk to the life or health of people. This rule applies in particular to venomous animals.  You will be held financially and legally accountable for any damage caused by an animal brought by you to the Liburnia Hotel.
  11.  Hotel Guests give their consent for the hotel to gather and process their personal data for civil registration purposes as required by Polish law (Official Journal 2016, item 922).
